a) Workout & Training Data
- Exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, and training volume.
- Workout sessions, timers, and personal records (PRs).
- Custom workout programs created by the user.
b) Nutrition & Body Data
- Food entries and calorie values per ingredient or meal.
- Daily calorie goals defined by the user.
- Body weight entries, target weight, and progress history.
Important: All calorie values and nutrition-related data are provided
for indicative and informational purposes only.
PushPullTrain does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

c) Media
- Optional progress photos uploaded from camera or gallery.
- Optional images such as workout summaries or PowerCards that you choose to save or share.
d) Device Permissions
- Camera: optional, used only to capture progress photos.
- Storage: to save or export images and summaries locally.
- Notifications: optional reminders for workouts or routines.
2. Data Storage & Security
- User data is stored locally on the device and/or securely in the app backend when applicable.
- No data is shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.
- Standard security measures are used to protect stored data.
- You can delete your data at any time from within the app.
3. Sharing & Exporting
- You may voluntarily share workout summaries, PRs, or progress images.
- All sharing actions are explicitly initiated by the user.
- No data is shared automatically or without user consent.
4. User Control & Rights
- Delete Data: You can delete workouts, nutrition logs, photos, and progress history.
- Export Data: You may export images or summaries for personal use.
- Manage Permissions: Device permissions can be revoked at any time in system settings.
5. Children’s Privacy
PushPullTrain is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
